SHIPPING POLICY AND COSTS
DigitalGrowth, S.L. ("PenguinDrink") will proceed to deliver the products to the Customer within approximately two (2) to three (3) working days from the date of order confirmation (Spain). For other European countries, the approximate delivery time will be five (5) to eight (8) working days. If the delivery is to be made in the United States of America, in which case, the approximate delivery time will be between five (5) and seven (7) working days.
PENGUINDRINK may extend delivery times in periods of sales and high season and when an irregularity is detected in the order. In no case will the delivery time be longer than thirty (30) days following the date of confirmation of the order.
Products will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays, and will be delivered on the first following working day.
The delivery address of the product will be the one indicated by the Client in the purchase procedure. If an error is detected in the delivery address, the Customer Service Department will contact the Customer as soon as possible.
Shipping addresses must be physical locations accessible to courier companies. PENGUINDRINK does not ship its products to collection points or post offices.
If at the time of delivery of the products, the Client is absent, the courier company contracted by PENGUINDRINK will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If the products are not delivered to the Client after this number of attempts, the products will be returned to PENGUINDRINK, being necessary for the Client to contact the Customer Service Department of PENGUINDRINK to agree on the delivery.
In the event that the Client wishes to change the delivery address after purchasing the product, he/she should contact the Customer Service Department through the form provided on the link https://penguindrink.com/pages/contacto, indicating the order number and the correct delivery address.
Upon delivery of the product, the Customer must confirm receipt of the product to the courier company.
