SHIPPING, RETURNS AND PAYMENT POLICY


SHIPPING

Once the payment of the order has been checked and received, the products will be shipped. You will have the option to choose between the different shipping options detailed below:

*Shipments Peninsula:

Company of transport: Correos Express

  • It is FREE on orders over 50 €
  • 3.70 € (up to 1 Kg) 24/48 hours transit

Shipments Balearic Islands:

-Company of transport: Correos Express

  • 6.50 € (up to 1 Kg) 48/72 hours transit

    Shipments Canary Islands:

    -Company of transport: Correos Canarias

    • 9 € (up to 1 Kg)

    Shipments to the Canary Islands take 7 to 10 working days.

    We deliver to Spain. We will deliver the ordered products to the delivery address that you indicate when filling in the data in the purchase process.

    The delivery will be made according to the order information once the purchase process is completed.

    We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products on the agreed date, if none is specified, within 30 days of receipt of the order. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, unforeseeable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns...) and we are unable to deliver the goods within the stated time, we shall not be liable for any delay subject to these circumstances. In the event of a non-delivery, we and you will agree an alternative delivery date.

    In any event, we shall also not be liable for any delays that may be caused by the non-availability of receipt of the order. In this case, you should contact the courier company that delivers to your city, as appropriate, to arrange for the collection or delivery of the order.

    RETURNS

    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN :

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

    The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods purchased.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Penguin Drink of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. You can do this by sending us a letter by post or you can also inform us of your right to withdraw from this contract by e-mail.

    To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

    After verifying that the exercise of your right of withdrawal is not limited by any of the exceptions provided by law, we will proceed to reimburse the amounts paid for the item(s) returned. The refund will not include the standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

    We will carry out the refund without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earliest.

    You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to the address stated above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before this period has expired.

    You must bear the direct cost and risk of returning the goods.

    Penguin Drink will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

    The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. If it does not retain its original packaging, accessories and labelling, the good will suffer depreciation.

    The return shipment must be made using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be done with the protective box in which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a similar protective box so that the product arrives at the Penguin Drink warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.

    If the conditions set for the return are not met, our customer service will contact you to inform you of the reasons for non-acceptance and to tell us where we can send the order. In this case, the costs will be at your expense.
